Beginning Spinning

A fun, friendly and relaxed beginning spinning class designed for wheel AND/OR spindle spinners. Rusty Spinners who need a refresher are welcome, too. We discuss types of sheep, fleeces, processing and fibers. You learn about and practice both spindle and wheel spinning. Then concentrate on the one you prefer to create your own yarn. Ninety-eight % of the information pertains to either technique. If you have tools or a wheel please bring them but do not buy them, we have wheels and spindles to use and purchase, if you choose.
$50 class fee includes class materials.
